Resolve, To Reduce Traffic Congestion and Improve Safety on Interstate 295

Sec. 1. Maine Turnpike Authority directed to develop tolling strategies. Resolved: That the Maine Turnpike Authority shall develop, in consultation with the Department of Transportation, tolling strategies that create incentives for truck through traffic to use the Maine Turnpike rather than Interstate 295.
