Resolve, To Direct the Department of Transportation To Better Ensure the Safety of Students Traveling to and from School in Waterboro

Sec. 1. Install bicycle lanes on State Route 5. Resolved: That the Department of Transportation, in order to ensure the safety of the students traveling to and from school in Waterboro, shall install bicycle lanes on the portion of State Route 5 from the intersection of State Route 5 and United States Route 202 in East Waterboro to the intersection of Chadbourne Ridge Road in North Waterboro; and be it further

Sec. 2. Install bicycle lanes on Old Alfred Road. Resolved: That the Department of Transportation shall install bicycle lanes along the full length of Old Alfred Road from the intersection of Old Alfred Road and United States Route 202 to where Old Alfred Road connects to State Route 5.
