Resolve, To Return Swanville Road in Frankfort to State Road Classification

Sec. 1. Return road to state road status. Resolved: That the Department of Transportation shall take over the maintenance, repair and upkeep of Swanville Road in Frankfort, since the road leads into Swan Lake State Park and traffic and usage have increased substantially over the years; and be it further

Sec. 2. Reclassify. Resolved: That the Department of Transportation shall collaborate with the Town of Frankfort to formally reclassify Swanville Road, a town road, as a state road.
