| The additional costs resulting from this bill are not expected to appreciably affect State retirement costs for the current biennium. It is not known exactly how many individuals would ultimately take advantage of this change but at the current retirement health insurance premium rate for individuals each retired individual participating could ultimately cost the State Employee Health Plan $585 dollars per month or approximately $7,000 per year. | |||||||||
