| The Finance Authority of Maine has indicated that, as a result of changes to the federal formula used for determining a student's need for financial assistance and additional scholarship funds provided by FAME to full-time students that demonstrate financial need, no full-time students will be affected by this legislation. Additional costs to the Finance Authority of Maine associated with implementing the change in allocation of Maine State Grant funds can be absorbed utilizing existing budgeted resources. | |||||||||
