| The authorization of the transfer of up to $60,000,000 from the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to the Highway and Bridge Improvement Highway Fund account in fiscal year 2006-07 will depend on whether any unbudgeted balance of the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund exists to effect the transfer. Highway Fund allocations for the Highway and Bridge Improvement program in fiscal year 2006-07 will be increased by the amount of any transfer that does take place. | |||||||||
