| This bill includes a General Fund appropriation of $26,960 in fiscal year 2006-07 for the subscription costs associated with the Maine State Library contracting with a qualified entity to provide accessible electronic information services for eligible blind and disabled persons. The Maine State Library has indicated that there may be additional expenses to the Library beyond the subscription costs provided for in this bill for mailings, printing, marketing and related administrative costs.
