Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This amendment deletes the one-time appropriation of $100,000 in fiscal year 2006-07 and replaces it with a one-time General Fund appropriation of $20,000 in fiscal year 2006-07 to the Department of Economic and Community Development for the printing costs of the Measures of Growth Report.  The amendment also includes General Fund deappropriations of  $400,000 from the Baxter Compensation Authority and  $250,000 from  the Gambling Control Board in fiscal year 2005-06. Finally, the amendment appropriates $880,000 to the Administration - Maine Emergency Management Agency program within the Department of Defense, Veterans and Emergency Management in fiscal year 2006-07 to provide financial assistance to certain municipalities for flood damage that occurred in the spring of 2005.  The figures provided in the above table reflect the incremental effect of these changes relative to the original bill.
