Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This amendment reduces the General Fund cost of the bill by $10,000 per year beginning in fiscal year 2006-07.
	As amended, this bill creates the County and Local Government Internship program to be established and administered by the Margaret Chase Smith Center for Public Policy within the University of Maine System.  Additional costs to the Center associated with administering the program can be absorbed utilizing existing budgeted resources.
