The
additional costs associated with adopting rules can be absorbed by the
Department of Administrative and Financial Services utilizing existing
budgeted resources. Many departments
and agencies statewide have moved towards implementing environmentally
friendly cleaning products at their facilities. However, depending on the
price of these products and what type of standards are adopted by the
Department of Administrative and Financial Services, this legislation could
result in additional costs to certain departments and agencies statewide in
an amount that can not be determined at this time. |
