This
bill will require an Other Special Revenue Funds allocation to the Public
Utilities Commission of $109,784 in fiscal year 2005-06 and $109,937 in
fiscal year 2006-07. This allocation
will provide funds for a full-time staff position to handle the additional
workload resulting form the adoption of the Maine Model Building Energy Code. |
