Assumes
a net fiscal impact on the State Employee Health Plan and the Dirigo Health
program, the exact amount of the impact cannot be determined at this
time. Assumes the required increase
in MaineCare provider rates would be offset by a reduction in MaineCare
eligibility although there may be a minor fiscal impact as a result of the
timing of the implementation of these provisions. Any additional costs to the Department of Health and Human
Services and the Department of Professional and Financial Regulation in
implementing this bill can be absorbed by the respective departments
utilizing existing resources. |
