Additional
costs to the Bureau of Labor Standards within the Department of Labor
associated with investigating complaints regarding employment leaves can be
absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
Assessing civil penalties of up to $200 per violation may result in
increased fine revenues to the General Fund.
The amount can not be determined at this time but is not expected to
be significant. Any additional costs
to the Department of Health and Human Services can be absorbed by the
department utilizing existing resources. |
