Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This amendment eliminates the ongoing General Fund cost of the bill of $185,000 per year beginning in fiscal year 2005-06.
	As amended, the additional costs to the Department of Education, the Maine Community College System and the University of Maine System to conduct the required reviews can be absorbed utilizing existing budgeted resources.
