| This legislation will not impact the amount of funds appropriated to the General Purpose Aid for Local Schools program within the Department of Education or the amount of state subsidy received by school administrative units. There may be a fiscal impact to those private schools that are approved for tuition purposes, enroll at least 60% publicly funded students, and are accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges.
