	Beginning in fiscal year 2005-06, the Department of Transportation will require an additional annual Highway Fund allocation of $500,000 for the estimated cost of complying with certain eminent domain property acquisition requirements.
	Additional costs to the Department of Economic and Community Development associated with participation in the working group can be absorbed utilizing existing budgeted resources.
