This amendment eliminates the General Fund bond authorization of $1,000,000 for the development of the Sunrise Business and Career Center in the Town of Jonesboro and reduces the General Fund bond authorization for the Witter Veterinary Technician Facility at the University of Maine by $500,000. This amendment also authorizes $1,000,000 for capital improvements to Eastern Fine Paper Mill in Brewer and $500,000 for the planning of an Unmanned Vehicle Research and Development Center to be located at the Sanford airport. | |||||||||
