| The loss of Highway Fund and General Fund revenue from the suspension and capping of taxes on certain fuels can not be estimated at this time because the future prices of fuels can not be predicted with any certainty. The additional costs associated with administration of this legislation, including taxpayer education, notification and reporting requirements, are expected to be significant and would require additional General Fund appropriations to Maine Revenue Services. | |||||||||
