Eliminating
the requirement that the Department of Public Safety provide signs for safe
zones and that reimbursement come from municipalities will eliminate the
General Fund costs and revenue from that activity. As amended, the bill still expands Class A, B and C crimes and
continues to have correctional and judicial impacts. |
