Exempting
campgrounds of a certain size from the requirements of the site location of
development laws will result in a minor reduction in revenue to the Maine
Environmental Protection Fund in an amount that can not be determined at this
time. The Department of Environmental
Protection receives approximately one application for a campground every two
years. The current Site Law fee for a
campground is $7,291. |
