| This amendment authorizes $676,943,471 in General Fund allotment for the first quarter of fiscal year 2005-06 and $82,510,295 in Highway Fund allotment for the first quarter of fiscal year 2005-06. These amounts represent one quarter of the budgeted revenue for each of these two funds. It also provides a mechanism for limited allotment for other state government funds in the first quarter of fiscal year 2005-06. | |||||||||
