Fiscal Detail and Notes
This bill will require a General Fund appropriation of $12,000 in fiscal year 2005-06 to the Judicial Department to provide funds for one-time computer programming costs.
The revocation of certain licenses and permits issued by the Department of Inland Fisheries & Wildlife will result in a loss of General Fund revenue collected by the department in the amounts of $33,750 in fiscal year 2005-06 and $45,000 in fiscal year 2006-07 and in each year thereafter.  In addition, the department will require additional General Fund appropriations of $16,500 and $23,000 in fiscal years 2005-06 and 2006-07, respectively, for the costs of a half-time Clerk Typist III position needed to handle the increased operational duties that will be incurred by the revocation process.
