| This legislation will require a General Fund appropriation to the Correctional Medical Services Fund within the Department of Corrections of $562,968 in fiscal year 2005-06 and $840,699 in fiscal year 2006-07. This appropriation will provide additional funds for increased reimbursement rates for medical services provided to state inmates outside of correctional facilities. | |||||||||
