Sec. 4. Administrative support. Resolved: That the Department of
Transportation and the Executive Department, State Planning Office
shall provide administrative support for the development of plans,
and any costs associated with this study must be absorbed within
existing budgeted resources; and be it further

 
Sec. 5. Authority to report out legislation. Resolved: That the Joint Standing
Committee on State and Local Government is authorized to report out
legislation that addresses the plans and recommendations in section 3 to
the Second Regular Session of the 122nd Legislature, including allowing
the Town of Cooper to continue its deorganization process.
