An Act To Adopt the Maine Uniform Securities Act

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

PART A

Sec. A-1. 32 MRSA c. 105, as amended, is repealed.

Sec. A-2. 32 MRSA c. 135 is enacted to read:

This chapter may be known and cited as "the Maine Uniform Securities Act."
