2. Exemption from this subchapter; pesticides for export. No
A pesticide or device shall be deemed may not be found to be in
violation of this subchapter when if the pesticide or device is
intended solely for export to a foreign country, and when is

Sec. 18. 7 MRSA §618, as amended by PL 1989, c. 878, Pt. E, §17, is
further amended to read:

 
§618. Publication of information

 
The board may publish, at least annually and in such form as
it may deem determines proper, results of analyses based on
official samples as compared with the guaranteed analyses
guaranteed and information concerning the distribution of
pesticides, provided that. The board may not publish individual
distribution information shall not be, and that information is
not a public record under Title 1, section 402.

 
Sec. 19. 7 MRSA §619, as amended by PL 1989, c. 878, Pt. E, §18, is
further amended to read:

 
§619. Delegation of duties

 
All authority vested in the board by virtue of the provisions
of under this subchapter may, with like force and effort, be
executed by such employees of the board as to whom the board may
from time to time designate for said purpose delegates such
authority.

 
Sec. 20. 7 MRSA §620, first ¶, as amended by PL 1989, c. 878, Pt. E,
§19, is further amended to read:

 
The board may cooperate with, receive grants-in-aid from and
enter into cooperative agreements with any agency of the Federal
Government, or of this State or its subdivisions, or with any
agency of another state, in order to implement this subchapter,
including but not limited, to taking such actions to:

further amended to read:
