Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

Sec. 1. 5 MRSA §12004-G, sub-§3-A, as amended by PL 2001, c. 421, Pt. B, §1 and affected by Pt. C, §1, is further amended to read:

Sec. 2. 7 MRSA c. 3, as amended, is repealed.

§81. Definitions

As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings.

1.__Agricultural fair.__"Agricultural fair" or "fair" means an exhibition that is designed to promote education and encourage improvement in agriculture and that includes, but is not limited to, the following:
