An Act To Assist Towns with the Implementation of the Laws

Governing Growth Management

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

Sec. 1. 30-A MRSA §6006-D, sub-§1, ķA, as amended by PL 1999, c. 776, §14, is further amended to read:

A. The purpose of the fund is to provide financial assistance under subsection 2 for the acquisition, design, planning, construction, enlargement, repair, protection or, improvement or restoration of public service infrastructure and downtown improvements and for the acquisition of open space.
