thereof. The fees must be deposited in a dedicated, nonlapsing
account, known as the Petroleum Marketing Fund. The Attorney
General shall administer the fund. This section is repealed
September 1, 2005.

 
Emergency clause. In view of the emergency cited in the preamble,
this Act takes effect when approved.
