An Act To Establish Moxie as Maine's Official Soft Drink

 
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

 
Sec. 1. 1 MRSA §224 is enacted to read:

 
§224.__State soft drink

 
Moxie, a registered trademarked soft drink invented by Maine-
born Dr. Augustin Thompson of Union that symbolizes spirit and
courage, is the official state soft drink.
