Sec. 4. 1 MRSA §433, sub-§1, as enacted by PL 2003, c. 709, §3, is repealed.

Sec. 5. 1 MRSA §433, sub-§§2 and 3 are enacted to read:

2.__Scheduling guidelines.__The advisory committee shall use the following list as a guideline for scheduling reviews of public records exceptions.

A.__Exceptions codified in the following Titles are scheduled for review in 2008:

(1)__Title 1;

(2)__Title 2;

(3)__Title 3;

(4)__Title 4;

(5)__Title 5;

(6) Title 6;

(7)__Title 7;

(8)__Title 8;

(9)__Title 9-A; and

(10)__Title 9-B.

B.__Exceptions codified in the following Titles are scheduled for review in 2010:

(1)__Title 10;

(2)__Title 11;

(3)__Title 12;

(4)__Title 13;

(5)__Title 13-B;
