Sec. 2. 2 MRSA §6, sub-§3, as amended by PL 2005, c. 397, Pt. A, §2; c. 405, Pt. D, §2; and c. 412, §2, is repealed and the following enacted in its place:

Sec. 3. 4 MRSA §807-A, 2nd ¶, as amended by PL 2005, c. 218, §1 and c. 332, §1, is repealed and the following enacted in its place:
