Sec. 1. 29-A MRSA §2501, sub-§1, ķA, as enacted by PL 1993, c. 683, Pt. A, §2 and affected by Pt. B, §5, is amended to read:

A. Two thirds Thirty days of the suspension period has expired; and

SUMMARY

This bill reduces the waiting period required before a first- time OUI offender becomes eligible for a work-restricted license to 30 days of the suspension period.
