Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
CONCEPT DRAFT
SUMMARY
This bill is a concept draft pursuant to Joint Rule 208.
This bill proposes to enhance the penalties for profiteering
on fuel, including, but not limited to, increasing the fine from
$1,000 to $2,500 and revoking a person's license.
