Resolve, Directing the Cumberland County Commissioners To Establish a Task Force To Establish New County Commissioner Districts

Sec. 1. Task force; established. Resolved: That the Cumberland County Commissioners shall establish a task force to establish 7 county commissioner districts and shall submit a report based on its findings, including necessary implementing legislation, to the joint standing committee of the Legislature having jurisdiction over state and local government matters no later than December 1, 2007. The joint standing committee may submit a bill based on the report to the First Regular Session of the 123rd Legislature.
