Transfer of funds; Department of Professional and Financial Regulation. | Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the State Controller | shall transfer $5,000,000 from the Other Special Revenue Funds | accounts in the Department of Professional and Financial | Regulation, including the Board of Licensure in Medicine, State | Board of Nursing, Board of Optometric Examiners, Board of Dental | Examiners, Board of Osteopathic Licensure and Board of | Registration for Professional Engineers, to the unappropriated | surplus of the General Fund no later than June 30, 2006.
