designate social security numbers as confidential information:

relating to social security numbers in possession of the
Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife;

 
B.__Title 8, section 416-A, subsection 9, relating to
records concerning payment of Tri-state Lotto prizes;

 
C.__Title 19-A, section 651, subsection 2, relating to
social security numbers on marriage applications;

 
D.__Title 19-A, section 908, relating to social security
numbers on divorce records;

 
E.__Title 19-A, section 1565, subsection 4, relating to
social security numbers in paternity actions; and

 
F.__Title 19-A, section 2006, subsection 10, relating to
social security numbers in child support actions.

 
30.__Domestic violence and safety.__The following statutes
designate certain information as confidential based on domestic
violence or other safety purposes:

 
A.__Title 19-A, section 1653, subsection 6, relating to
addresses of children and victims in cases concerning
parental rights and responsibilities involving domestic
abuse;
