22.__Other licensing.__The following statutes designate as
confidential certain records containing information collected,
used or maintained for purposes related to licensing not listed
elsewhere in this section:

 
A.__Title 5, section 90-B, subsection 7, relating to the
Address Confidentiality Program;

 
B.__Title 8, section 1052, first paragraph, relating to
Gambling Control Board information concerning applicants,
licensees, owners and key executives; and

 
C.__Title 25, section 2006, relating to concealed firearms
permit applications.

 
23.__Public employment.__The following statutes designate as
confidential certain records containing information collected,
used or maintained for public employment purposes:

 
A.__Title 5, section 957, subsection 5-A, relating to State
Employee Assistance Program client records;

 
B.__Title 5, section 7070, subsection 1, relating to state
employee applicants;

 
C.__Title 5, section 7070, subsections 2 and 4, relating to
state employees' personal information;

 
D.__Title 5, section 17057, subsection 1, relating to Maine
State Retirement System information;
