Emergency clause. In view of the emergency cited in the preamble, this Act takes effect when approved.

SUMMARY

This bill allows reimbursement from the School Revolving Renovation Fund to school administrative units for costs incurred for first priority status health and safety projects approved by the Commissioner of Education.
