Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

 
Sec. 1. 10 MRSA §2302, sub-§1, ķA-2, as amended by PL 1981, c. 219, is
repealed.

 
SUMMARY

 
The purpose of this bill is to allow the sale of firewood only
according to the definition of a standard cord. This bill
deletes the definition of a loose cord of firewood.
