| | As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise | indicates, the following terms have the following meanings. |

| | 1.__Associated equipment.__"Associated equipment" means any | proprietary device, machine or part used in the manufacture or | maintenance of a video gaming terminal, including, but not | limited to, integrated circuit chips, printed wired assemblies, | printed wired boards, printing mechanisms, video display monitors | and metering devices. |

| | 2.__Director.__"Director" means the Director of the Bureau of | Alcoholic Beverages and Lottery Operations within the Department | of Administrative and Financial Services. |
