| | 2. The feasibility of devoting more resources to family | court; |

| | 3. Expanding clerk support; and |
|
| | 4. Increasing case management officers; and be it further |
|
| | Sec. 2. Report; legislation. Resolved: That the Family Law Advisory | Commission shall submit a report of its findings under section 1 | that includes findings and recommendations, including suggested | legislation, to the Second Regular Session of the 122nd | Legislature. |
