| | | Sec. 1. 12 MRSA §11404, sub-§2, ¶D is enacted to read: |

| | | D.__Notwithstanding section 11501, subsections 1 and 2, a | | person who has taken a deer during the regular deer hunting | | season may hunt for and kill a 2nd deer with a muzzle- | | loading firearm during the special muzzle-loading open | | season under subsection 1.__The 2nd deer may be a buck only. |
