Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

 
Sec. 1. 22 MRSA §4005, sub-§1, ¶H is enacted to read:

 
H.__The State Court Administrator shall provide counseling
training to every guardian ad litem before appointment by a
court.

 
SUMMARY

 
This bill requires the State Court Administrator to provide
counseling training to guardians ad litem.
