Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

SUMMARY

 
This bill is a concept draft pursuant to Joint Rule 208.

 
This bill proposes to limit benefits under the MaineCare
program for individuals who are seriously in arrears in making
child support payments that they are obligated by law to make,
including by court order. The bill would establish guidelines to
be used to determine whether an individual is seriously in
arrears.
