This bill makes several technical changes to the laws relating to conservation. Specifically, the bill does the following.

1. It repeals obsolete language regarding the Department of Conservation, Bureau of Forestry's natural resource educator.

2. It repeals obsolete language regarding the Bureau of Forestry's tree nursery.

3. It makes falsification of information on a timber harvesting notification equivalent to forgery.

4. It repeals obsolete and redundant provisions and makes minor modifications to language regarding the Bureau of Forestry's collection of information on log imports and exports.

5. It repeals obsolete language regarding the Bureau of Forestry's collection of information on mill-delivered prices.
