Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

 
CONCEPT DRAFT

 
SUMMARY

 
This bill is a concept draft pursuant to Joint Rule 208.

 
This bill would expand on the limitations on automobile
graveyards, automobile recycling businesses and junkyard permits
found in the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 30-A, section 3754-A.
This bill would require the removal of all hazardous waste from
the junked vehicles.
