Sec. 1. 12 MRSA §11402, sub-§4, śC, as enacted by PL 2003, c. 414, Pt. A, §2 and affected by c. 614, §9, is amended to read:

C. Establish a youth deer hunting day. If the commissioner establishes a youth deer hunting day, the commissioner shall allow a youth who takes a deer on that day to take another deer during the regular open season on deer.

SUMMARY

This bill allows a youth who takes a deer on youth deer hunting day to take another deer during the regular open season on deer.
