Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

 
Sec. 1. 30-A MRSA §4350, sub-§10 is enacted to read:

 
10.__Legislation.__By January 15th of each year, the committee
may submit legislation related to its annual report under
subsection 9-A.

 
SUMMARY

 
This bill authorizes the Community Preservation Advisory
Committee to submit legislation related to its annual report.
