Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

 
Sec. 1. 24-A MRSA §2382, sub-§6 is enacted to read:

 
6.__Minimum premium.__Rates may not contain a minimum premium.

 
SUMMARY

 
This bill prohibits workers' compensation insurers from
including a minimum premium as part of their rates.
